docs: record the copy confirmation's move into the pane

Item 115's closed section, which the previous commit failed to update: its
python edit asserted on wording that did not match the file and aborted, so the
code shipped and the record did not.

+hand-placed CHILD rather than a layout item, because it must float over the
+message instead of taking a strip away from it, so nothing reflows and the text
