fix(card): right and centre alignment honour the glyph bearing
- measure returns the ink's left offset as a third value (0 when no ink).
- text_right and text_centre subtract it, so a glyph with a large
x_bearing no longer overruns the right edge.
- standard stringifies a numeric spec.big instead of raising in runs().
- standard draws '--' for a nil row value instead of 'nil'.
- standard clamps its returned y to the inner rect.
