fix: list every window in the taskbar, not just this screen's

wlr/taskbar defaults to all-outputs false, which shows only the windows on
the bar's own output. On DP-3 that meant Firefox and both kitty instances,
all of them on DP-1, were simply absent, which reads as windows going missing
rather than as a scope. The bar is a global window switcher now; clicking a
window on the other monitor activates it there.
