fix: make the launcher mark visible on its own pill
The mark was tinted with the accent and then drawn on the accent pill, so it rendered lavender on lavender and the pill looked empty. It takes the bar's background colour now, which is the contrast the pill was always missing. The pill also sized to its icon rather than to text, which made it a circle among capsules; its horizontal padding now matches its neighbours' shape.
