chore: rofi menu scripts move to rofi-scripts
udt-powermenu.sh, udt-launcher.sh, qar-scrotmenu.sh and
blackpearl-sshmenu.sh now live in the sibling rofi-scripts repo with
the other rofi scripts, which links them into ~/bin itself. This repo
keeps their layouts. install.sh generates header.rasi alongside
launcher.rasi.
