docs: record phase 1 migration of rofi call sites

Twelve call sites repointed, backups in /data/udt-backup.

Also records three things found during the migration: rofipass was passing a
-width flag that rofi 2.0.0 no longer has, the type-4 power menu reuses one
directory variable for two different themes, and ddgr_search.py is a rofi
script-mode plugin rather than a call site.

+- `~/bin/wallp`: `finalize()` now calls `udt-accent` with
+  `~/.cache/wal/wpaper`, guarded so a failure cannot stop the wallpaper being
+  set.
+
+- `~/bin/rofipass`: dropped a `-width 1000` flag. It is not a rofi 2.0.0
+  option (width moved into the theme), so it was silently doing nothing. The
+  `-theme-str` width override further down the same script is the modern form
+  and was left alone.
+
+- `~/.config/rofi/powermenu/type-4/powermenu.sh`: this script uses `$dir` for
+  two different themes, its main menu and its confirmation dialog. Repointing
+  `$dir` at `udt/` would have broken the confirm dialog, so that one line now
+  carries the absolute path to the theme it always used.
+
+## Not a call site
+
+`~/bin/ddgr_search.py` was listed in the original plan but is not a call site.
+It is a rofi script-mode plugin, invoked *by* rofi rather than invoking it, so
+its appearance comes from whatever command runs it. No keybinding or waybar
+button currently does.
+
+## Not removed
+
+The old theme directories are still on disk and untouched:
+`~/.config/rofi/darknix/`, `elegantVagrant/`, `launchers/`, `applets/`,
+`powermenu/`. Deleting them is a separate decision, deferred until the new
+themes have been lived with.
+
+Two of those directories are still genuinely in use and are not candidates for
+deletion yet:
+
+- `~/.config/rofi/applets/` is referenced from waybar (`applets/bin/mpd.sh`).
+- `~/.config/rofi/powermenu/type-4/shared/confirm.rasi` is still the power
+  menu's confirmation dialog.
+
+## Out of scope
+
+`ronema` (rofi NetworkManager applet) was excluded: no longer used, pending
+archival.
