chore: waybar is gone, stop theming and reloading it
The quickshell island replaced both waybar bars and reads the palette itself, so install.sh no longer runs waybar-theme-udt's installer or signals a bar that is not running. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
