2026-09-25	feat(panel): draw the UDT avatar at the lock screen's size	Danilo M.	1	-3/+3
Read the login avatar from the `avatar` key udt-accent writes, the same ~/.user-icon.jpg hyprlock draws, when the entered username matches `avatarUser`. Any other user still gets their AccountsService icon. Shrink the avatar from 256px to 180px so greeter and lock match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
2026-09-19	docs: note the avatar unification TODO	Danilo M.	1	-0/+20
The greeter draws the AccountsService account icon while the hyprlock theme draws ~/.user-icon.jpg, so one login shows two different images. Record the work to read the UDT avatar instead, and to settle the size.
