docs: note the avatar unification TODO

The greeter draws the AccountsService account icon while the hyprlock
theme draws ~/.user-icon.jpg, so one login shows two different images.
Record the work to read the UDT avatar instead, and to settle the size.

+## Unify the avatar with UDT
+
+- [ ] Read the login avatar from `~/.user-icon.jpg`, the file the hyprlock theme
+      and the rest of UDT use, instead of the account icon SDDM resolves through
+      `userModel`. On this desktop the two differ: the greeter draws the
+      AccountsService icon (`/var/lib/AccountsService/icons/<user>`, a real
+      photo) while hyprlock draws `~/.user-icon.jpg` (the illustration), so one
+      login is shown from two files. `Panel.qml`'s `refreshAvatar()` and the
+      `userModel` Repeater are where to change. The power icons are the
+      precedent: `udt-accent` already resolves paths and bakes them into
+      `theme.conf.user`, so the avatar path can ride the same generated file
+      rather than the greeter reaching into AccountsService. `~/.user-icon.jpg`
+      is square-ish, so the existing `PreserveAspectCrop` + circle mask still
