wallpaper: the engine, a timer over the hearted lists with a home per screen
Ticks go through Wallpapers.run as the light run so the burn plays without
touching GRUB, the homepage or SDDM. Switching off returns each screen to
its home with a full run, deferred until any run in flight finishes. Not
yet registered in the shell; that comes with the settings page.
