pathvalidate is a Python library to sanitize and validate strings such
as filenames and file paths. It removes invalid characters, replaces
reserved names, and normalizes input for a target platform. It also
provides argument validators and sanitizers for argparse and click.
This package installs the prebuilt py3-none-any wheel from PyPI. It has
no external dependencies.
