Initial import of kitty config
Config moved here from ~/.config/kitty, which now symlinks to it.
Cleaned up for kitty 0.49.0: drop invalid fold markers and unknown
status/time options, fix cursor_trail_start_threshold spelling,
replace deprecated scrollback_indicator_opacity with
scrollbar scrolled-or-hovered. Adopt proportional splits, text
drag selection, rounded borders and neighboring_cell padding fill.
