Load cursor-trail-lightning, dim-inactive-windows, tab-change and
focus-highlight. Override the bundled tab-change pipeline to use the
iris reveal at 400ms instead of the 600ms wipe. The shaders dir is
symlinked into ~/.config/kitty like the other files.
