Add v1 design spec: DSON figure evaluator
Scope (Genesis 9 morphs, formulas, joint centers), .dbz format notes,
architecture, CLI and config, error policy, reference corpus produced
by Daz in a throwaway Windows VM, and the content licensing rule that
keeps Daz geometry out of the repo.
