Initial commit: generat3D, Daz DSON evaluator for Linux
generat3D evaluates Daz DSON scenes (.duf plus a content library)
natively on Linux and writes the .dbz file used by Blender's
Diffeomorphic DAZ Importer, removing the need for Daz Studio.
