chore: add .gitignore
Exclude from version control:
- Hugo build artifacts (public/, resources/, .hugo_build.lock)
- HANDOFF.md (internal documentation)
- IDE and OS files (.vscode, .idea, .DS_Store, etc.)
- Dependencies (node_modules, package-lock.json, yarn.lock)
