Count files downloaded, skipped (416), failed and left partial by an
interrupt, plus bytes written by this run. Print one line at the end
from a finally block, headed "Done" or "Stopped", with elapsed time and
average speed. Skipped for --help and runs that did nothing.

Use rich for two live bars: the album (files done, elapsed time) and
the current file (percent, size, speed, ETA). The file bar starts at
the resumed offset and is removed when the file finishes; album bars
stay as a record. Messages go through console.out so they print above
the bars. Adds rich as a runtime dependency.

README and the --help epilog still described the old " - 2" suffix.
State that an existing album folder is reused so a rerun resumes.

KeyboardInterrupt escaped main() and dumped a traceback. Catch it at
the entry point, tell the user a rerun resumes the partial file, and
exit with status 130.

A rerun used to create "Title - 2" and start every file from scratch,
so the Range resume and 416 skip in download_file never applied.
Download into the plain album folder instead and drop the now unused
ensure_unique_folder helper.

Single-file Python script that downloads Bunkr albums and search
results. Supports the current Bunkr layout (relative /f/ links,
dl.<domain>/file/<id> pages, _001_v2 metadata API and signed CDN
URLs), follows paginated albums, resumes partial downloads and
takes an -o/--output override for the base folder.
