Nine tasks against the report spec's 2026-09-10 addendum. The destination
table is transcribed from each vendor's documentation with the source in a
comment, following init.PROVIDERS, and the plan says not to edit it from
memory for the reason that table records.
Self-review caught two errors that would have failed on first run. Every
cli test in the plan was written with --config after the subcommand, but it
is a global option and goes before it; and the tests invented a helper when
the report test class already has _write_config, _make_case and _run. Both
now use the real ones, verified against tests/test_cli.py.
