test: move the __main__ block to the end of the file
It sat above four test classes, so a direct `python3 tests/test_report.py`
would have run only what was defined before it. Nothing was hidden under
`unittest discover`, which is how the suite is run, and a direct run fails
on the import path anyway, but three classes from the current plan were
appended below it and the next one would have been too.
