refactor(app): make the PGP clipboard and .gpg-id helpers extensions
The Compose entry view lives in MainActivity, which is not a
BasePGPActivity. The helpers move unchanged to FragmentActivity
extensions in the same file, so the existing subclasses keep calling
them as before.
