11 daystest-build: add --pull to refresh a stale local imageDanilo M.1-1/+2
require_image pulled only when the image was missing, so once the image-builder rebuilt a registry tag the local copy went stale with no warning. --pull runs `docker pull` first, which compares digests itself and costs one manifest request when nothing changed. If the registry is unreachable it falls back to the local copy with a warning, and still fails when there is none. 2026-07-16test-build: add --local-deps for in-repo depsDanilo M.1-1/+14
Resolve deps that are siblings in the target's own repo (not on SBo or official Slackware) by prepending the target's repo root to the dep search roots when --local-deps is passed. The SBo tree is still searched after. Covers packages like huggingface_cli whose deps live in the same maintenance repo.
