6 daysName the project Keystone, and move its paths and namespacesDanilo M.1-1/+1
The repository had no name of its own, only the framework's. It is now Keystone, in the README, AGENTS.md, the settings window, notes commit messages, calctl's PRODID and the user page's User-Agent. Its files move off quickshell's name too: ~/.config/quickshell/greetings -> ~/.config/keystone/ ~/.config/quickshell/obs-scene-icons.json -> ~/.config/keystone/ $XDG_STATE_HOME/quickshell/desktop.json -> $XDG_STATE_HOME/keystone/ ~/.config/quickshell is Quickshell's own default config directory (a bare qs loads its shell.qml), so sharing it was a collision rather than a home. There is no fallback to the old paths: the files are moved once. The layer namespaces become keystone-*, and the Hyprland blur rules in hypr-theme are renamed to match in the same change. A running shell keeps its old namespaces until restarted. Left alone: the retired standalone mail and vm shells' namespaces, which their READMEs keep as history; Quickshell's own app id, binary and process name; and the repository directory. 7 daysdrawer: the settings gear moves from the grid to the user headerDanilo M.1-1/+29
The grid is for quick settings, and the window it opened is the opposite, so a tile for it sat wrong. The gear now sits at the right of the user header, a round button that closes the drawer and opens the settings window on its landing page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
7 daysdesktop: git config moves to the settings windowDanilo M.1-3/+13
The global git config is set once and left alone, which is what the settings window is for. The user row and its page stay in the drawer; "More git settings" there now closes the drawer and opens git in the window: Drawer.show hands any settings module to the window, so every deep link, IPC included, lands in the right place. Git was the only user of Module.up, the page back() returned to, so up goes with it and back from a drawer page is always the grid. Also gives autostart its rocket glyph, which the first commit wrote as an empty string. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
8 daysfeat(desktop): pages can open other pages and step back to themDanilo M.1-7/+9
Page gains go(name), wired to the drawer's show(). Module gains up, the page back() returns to, empty for the grid as before. The back arrow now calls back() instead of clearing the page itself, so the arrow, Escape and the mouse's back button agree. For the git page, opened from the user page. 8 daysfeat(desktop): a greeting row above the notificationsDanilo M.1-2/+9
Avatar, Hello <login> and the real name, re-read whenever the grid view shows again so an edit is visible on the way back from the page. Module gains tiled, so a module can own a page without a tile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
8 daysfeat(desktop): the mouse back button steps out of the drawerDanilo M.1-5/+20
The side button (BTN_SIDE, Qt.BackButton) does what Escape does: closes the history, then leaves a page for the tiles, then closes the drawer. Both go through one back(). The first attempt let the press fall through to the full-surface click catcher under the panel, since nothing above it accepts that button; it never arrived while a page was open. A MouseArea on top with z: 1, taking only the back button, works, and left clicks still pass through it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
9 daysfeat(desktop): performance and clipboard pages, a scrolling tile gridDanilo M.1-21/+48
The tile grid sits in a Flickable capped at three rows, so the fourth row the new modules bring scrolls inside that box instead of eating the notification space; a thin accent bar in the margin shows only when a row is hidden. Tiles are reordered with the everyday ones first. Performance shows the island's PerfPanel in a Page, with a tile line of CPU and RAM and the warning dot. Perf.detailed is now a count of live PerfPanel instances instead of a binding in the status pill: the island and the drawer both host the panel, and a bool with two writers would let one clear it under the other. Clipboard reads cliphist when its page opens: search, copy on click or Enter, delete per row, clear all behind a 3 second confirm, image entries as thumbnails decoded once onto tmpfs. Entries reach sh as $1, never inside a command string. A copy closes the drawer through a new Page.dismiss signal the drawer connects like back. 2026-10-07chore: remove waybarDanilo M.1-5/+4
The island replaces both bars: clock and VM dots in the clock pill, volume, tray, layout flag and privacy in the status pill and its sliver, mail count in the drawer. The icon switch no longer regenerates or reloads waybar, and the mail pill's watcher script goes with it. Workspaces and the taskbar have no persistent view by decision: the flick and the expose cover them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
2026-09-15fix(desktop): leave history when deep-linking to a pageDanilo M.1-0/+3
show() is the IPC deep-link path and set only page/open, so if the history view was open, historyLoader stayed active alongside pageLoader and painted over the requested module page. Clear history in show(), as close() already does.
2026-09-15feat(desktop): add the notification history pageDanilo M.1-4/+22
Reachable only from the reserved space's History button, so it is a drawer view, not a module and not a tile. Rows are inert; clear-all empties the ring, since the daemon has no per-id history deletion.
2026-09-15fix(desktop): publish the drawer flag at startupDanilo M.1-0/+5
onOpenChanged does not fire for the initial value, so a restart while the drawer was open left notifyd/drawer at "1" and every balloon stayed suppressed until a drawer open/close cycle. Write the starting state from Component.onCompleted so the file always reflects the drawer.
2026-09-15feat(desktop): fill the drawer's notification spaceDanilo M.1-6/+20
The reserved Item becomes the live queue with a History button, scrollable because the queue can hold 20. The drawer writes notifyd/drawer so the balloon shell stands down while this space is showing, which is what stops a notification appearing twice.
2026-09-14feat(desktop): show the module glyph in every page titleDanilo M.1-0/+10
Page.qml gains an icon rendered before the title, and the drawer binds it to the loaded module's icon so a module whose glyph changes (network follows the active link) keeps the header in step.
2026-09-14fix(desktop): wire tile active state and clear connect errorsDanilo M.1-0/+1
2026-09-14fix(desktop): honest alwaysActive docs and working Escape in confirmDanilo M.1-10/+10
2026-09-14fix(desktop): slide the page with a transform, not anchored xDanilo M.1-3/+7
The page Loader is anchored to its parent, so the x binding on it was overridden and the slide never rendered. Drive the motion with a Translate transform instead, which the anchors do not touch. Opacity and the back-arrow wiring are unchanged.
2026-09-14feat(desktop): the drawer, with the top reservedDanilo M.1-0/+187
Left of DP-1 because conky holds the right; ExclusionMode.Normal so the bar the drawer is reached from stays visible and clickable. The top is an empty Item claiming the space the notification engine will fill, so the grid already sits where it will sit once that lands.
