Small corrections from using 0.8.0, most of them things the application was
saying that were not quite true.

The unsynced-changes count now tracks net state. Letting a thread be marked
read automatically and then pressing Ctrl+U to put it back reported two
outstanding changes with the mail store exactly where it started; an edit
and its inverse now cancel.

Delete is a toggle, so pressing it again puts a thread back. Over several
threads it picks one direction for all of them rather than leaving the
selection in two states.

Status messages that describe an event expire and leave the thread count
behind. Ones that describe a state do not, a sync failure among them.

The Sync button is disabled while a background sync holds the lock. Escape
blanks the message pane. The quit prompt names its default button, since
the active style draws no visible mark on it.
