Configuring 2026.4.0 failed with "The source directory
thirdparty/protobuf/protobuf/third_party/abseil-cpp does not contain a
CMakeLists.txt file". The protobuf commit this tag pins is 5.26.0,
where the old one was 3.21, and 5.26.0 builds utf8_range, which pulls
abseil in as a nested submodule of its own. Like every other submodule
here it ships as an empty placeholder directory.
Pinned to the abseil commit that protobuf commit references, and
unpacked after protobuf so the path it goes into exists.
The system protobuf cannot be used instead: openvino asks
find_package for 5.26.0, and protobuf's cmake config only accepts a
matching major, so Slackware's 36.1 is rejected rather than treated as
newer.

Picks up the fix for the intel_gpu OpenCL runtime, which failed to
compile against OpenCL-CLHPP 2026.05.29 with "expected constructor,
destructor, or type conversion before '(' token". That release removed
CL_HPP_PARAM_NAME_INFO_1_1_DEPRECATED_IN_2_0_, which ocl_wrapper.hpp
used unguarded; upstream added the guard in openvinotoolkit/openvino
PR 37096, merged after the 2026.2.1 tag was cut.
All eight bundled dependencies are re-pinned to the submodule commits
this tag references. oneDNN, oneDNN for GPU, onnx, protobuf and xbyak
moved; mlas, flatbuffers and ittapi are unchanged.
Both patches still apply and are still needed, with offsets.
The README no longer claims tbb must be built with hwloc: TBBBIND_2_5
is disabled here, so libtbbbind-2.5 is never looked for.

Ported from the orphaned SBo script. The eight bundled dependencies are
pinned to the exact commits openvino references at this tag and dropped
in as archive tarballs, with the submodule placeholder symlinked to
whatever directory each one unpacks to, so a dep bump is a new SHA, URL
and md5 in the vars and .info with no edits to the body.
pugixml, snappy and tbb come from the system; flatbuffers is bundled
because the SBo package ships broken cmake files, and xbyak because its
cmake config exports a bare -isystem /usr/include that breaks GCC 15's
include_next. TBBBIND_2_5 is off, so the optional hwloc dependency is
not needed.
Configure runs under unshare -n where permitted, since openvino's cmake
otherwise fetches prebuilt dependencies over the network. The guard is
skipped where unshare is not permitted, such as a container without
CAP_SYS_ADMIN.
Requires OpenCL-CLHPP 2026.05.29 or newer: the 2024.05.08 opencl.hpp
references D3D11 and D3D12 external memory handle constants that the
current opencl-headers no longer define, which breaks the intel_gpu
OpenCL runtime.

System xbyak's cmake config exports a bare -isystem /usr/include, which
makes GCC 15 fail to resolve #include_next <stdlib.h> and aborts the build
in src/core/model.cpp. Bundle openvino's pinned xbyak submodule (v7.23.1,
commit 0d67fd15) via the bundle_dep helper and drop xbyak from REQUIRES, so
find_package(xbyak) finds nothing system-wide and falls back to the bundled
copy. Matches the approach the Arch PKGBUILD takes.
The xbyak submodule sits directly at thirdparty/xbyak (no nested wrapper
dir), so bundle_dep is called with thirdparty as the parent.

Bump from 2024.4.1. Repin all seven bundled deps to the exact commits
openvino references at this tag (submodule gitlinks), downloaded uniformly
as archive/<sha> tarballs, and switch flatbuffers/onnx/ittapi/protobuf from
version tags to commit SHAs for consistency.
Refactor the per-dep extract/symlink blocks into a single bundle_dep helper
that derives each dep's directory from the tarball, so future bumps only
touch the COMMIT_* vars and .info, not the extract logic.
Drop pybind11 from REQUIRES: now satisfied by stock python-pybind11.
Add a .gitleaksignore entry for a dep commit SHA that trips the
generic-api-key entropy rule (a public commit hash, not a secret).
