kitty: add slang-bin to REQUIRES
kitty 0.49.0 compiles its shaders at build time with slangc, which is
neither in Slackware nor on SBo, so the build fails with "The shader
slang compiler (slangc) not in PATH". The release tarball ships only
the .slang sources, with no prebuilt shaders to fall back on.
