wscreensavers: fix build picking gccgo over google-go-lang
/usr/bin/go is gccgo, which rejects go.mod's patch-level go line. Source
/etc/profile.d/go.sh so google-go-lang's toolchain comes first in PATH,
since build shells such as slackrepo's chroot never read /etc/profile.
