opencode2-bin: add version 2.0.28
Repack the OpenCode 2.0 binary. Upstream publishes 2.0 only to the npm registry as @opencode/cli-linux-x64 (no GitHub release tarball), so this ships that self-contained bun binary and installs it as 'opencode2' so it can coexist with the v1 opencode-bin package.

opencode2-bin packages the OpenCode 2.0 release line, an open source AI
coding agent for the terminal.

This package ships the self-contained binary built by upstream and
installs it as `opencode2`, so it can coexist with the v1
`opencode-bin` package (which provides `opencode`). Upstream publishes
the 2.0 line only to the npm registry as `@opencode/cli-linux-x64`;
there is no GitHub release tarball for it, so this package repacks
that npm artifact.

The binary is compiled with Bun and is self-contained (no runtime
dependencies). The default build targets glibc x86_64 with AVX2. On a
CPU without AVX2, use the `-baseline` variant instead.

OpenCode v1 and v2 share the same configuration and state directories
(`~/.config/opencode`, `~/.local/share/opencode`). To test 2.0 without
touching the v1 state, run it with an isolated XDG environment, e.g.:

 XDG_CONFIG_HOME=~/.config/opencode2 \
 XDG_DATA_HOME=~/.local/share/opencode2 \
 opencode2

# HOW TO EDIT THIS FILE:
# The "handy ruler" below makes it easier to edit a package description.
# Line up the first '|' above the ':' following the base package name, and
# the '|' on the right side marks the last column you can put a character in.
# You must make exactly 11 lines for the formatting to be correct. It's also
# customary to leave one blank line after the base package name's header.
