A config reload resets every tab's enabled_layouts to the global value and switches any tab whose current layout name is not in that list. With the global list restricted to splits, reloading turned the syswatch session tab from fat into splits. Listing a bare fat keeps it, along with its session-set options. Load cursor-trail-lightning, dim-inactive-windows, tab-change and focus-highlight. Override the bundled tab-change pipeline to use the iris reveal at 400ms instead of the 600ms wipe. Config moved here from ~/.config/kitty, which now symlinks to it. Cleaned up for kitty 0.49.0: drop invalid fold markers and unknown status/time options, fix cursor_trail_start_threshold spelling, replace deprecated scrollback_indicator_opacity with scrollbar scrolled-or-hovered.
