fix: constrain wheel to hyprsunset_qt package, bump to 0.1.1v0.1.1
setuptools flat-layout auto-discovery failed the build: it saw data/,
SlackBuild/ and hyprsunset_qt/ as competing top-level packages. Pin
packages=["hyprsunset_qt"] and switch license to an SPDX string.
