content: update mkhint page with --fix-current and phantom-depsrelease_04072026-0945
Add --fix-current sweep, named-package diff for -l/-R, upstream
version normalization, and the phantom-deps config file to both
the EN and IT mkhint project pages. Refresh the verbatim --help
reference block to match current mkhint.
