feat(app): show the Compose entry view in MainActivity
The list navigates to EntryRoute and shortcuts start on it, replacing the
legacy decrypt screen. FLAG_SECURE is on while an entry is composed and
off on the list; the route is checked with isFileInRepo again before
decrypting. Saving in the editor returns to the list. Password and one-time
code copies start the clipboard clear timer.
