feat(app): add the entry ViewModel
Ports the decrypt screen's unlock flow: passphrase cache after a
biometric success, passphrase prompt with three tries, decryption off
the main thread and the auto-close timer. The decrypted entry is held in
memory only and dropped by the timer or when the destination is popped.
A cached passphrase that fails is no longer retried in a loop.
TotpModule is also installed in ViewModelComponent, so the entry
factory's TotpFinder can be injected into the ViewModel.
