feat(app): add the setup ViewModels
Git server (URL, mode, clone state, the after-clone key check), SSH
key (import and generation off the main thread, outcome kept across
recreation) and PGP keys (rows with key IDs, import with the replace
question, delete by key ID, creation of a local store).
