feat(app): open the Compose editor from the list and entry view
EditRoute replaces the legacy editor for new entries and edits. An edit
copies its plaintext from the entry view's ViewModel below it, never
through the route or saved state. Saving returns to the list, closing
returns to where the editor was opened. FLAG_SECURE is now counted in
MainActivity, so moving between the entry view and the editor never
clears it.
