feat(app): add the Compose editor screen and generator sheet
Stateless editor: name, folder breadcrumbs with Change, password with
reveal and generator, username, extra content and the OTP actions. The
generator sheet has random and diceware tabs with the old options; the
manual OTP dialog and the sheet are FLAG_SECURE.
