Subject: feat(rofi): screenshot menu header, as in the ssh menu

The prompt is lifted onto the card as a left-aligned "Screenshot:"
header with a camera glyph. confirm.rasi sets its own card children, so
the power menu's confirm step keeps its centred question and no header.
