phonemizer is a Python library and command line tool (phonemize) that
converts text into phonetic transcriptions, for many languages. It is
used by text to speech engines such as kokoro-onnx.

Of its backends, this package targets espeak-ng, found at runtime via
the system libespeak-ng. The festival backend works if festival is
installed. The optional segments backend is not packaged.

To use a different espeak-ng library, set PHONEMIZER_ESPEAK_LIBRARY to
its path.
