piper-tts is a fast and local neural text-to-speech engine that embeds
espeak-ng for phonemization. It runs entirely on-device with no network
access. Voices are ONNX models.

This package installs the prebuilt manylinux x86_64 wheel from upstream
releases. The console script is renamed from 'piper' to 'piper-tts' to
avoid clashing with the SBo 'piper' (libratbag mouse tool).
