Subject: feat(app): add the Compose SSH key and key generation screens

The SSH key screen shows the key's state and, for a generated key, the
public key with copy and share, and imports a key file after the old
replace confirmation. The generation screen ports the old one; the
key is generated in the ViewModel after the screen lock prompt.
