Subject: Support creating pinned shortcuts directly (#1393)

* CHANGELOG: update for pinning support

* PasswordFragment: support pinning

* PasswordStore: use `PasswordItem#createAuthEnabledIntent`

* PasswordItem: add `createAuthEnabledIntent` API

* DecryptActivity: remove last changed time
