Subject: refactor(app): lay out the git credential prompt without
 ConstraintLayout

The prompt was ConstraintLayout's last user: a vertical LinearLayout
holds the same field and checkbox, so the dependency goes. Ids, input
type and the remember box's default are unchanged.
